In the realm of medical advancements, a new therapy has been discovered that stands out for its innovative approach to treating various medical conditions – Extracorporeal Hemoperfusion (EHP®). While initially gaining attention for its efficacy in Lyme disease, EHP® has since emerged as a versatile treatment modality for various medical conditions ranging from autoimmune diseases to heavy metal poisoning and various type of cancers.
Extracorporeal Hemoperfusion (EHP®) is a cutting-edge therapeutic intervention that combines Hemo-hyperthermia, Hemoperfusion and Oxygenation techniques. This innovative approach is designed to specifically target and eliminate a spectrum of harmful substances, including toxins, inflammatory markers, cancer cells, pathogens, and more. Beyond mere elimination, EHP® goes a step further by initiating the crucial process of organ repair through tissue Oxygenation. This comprehensive technique highlights EHP®’s role as an innovative solution in modern medical practice, promising not only the removal of detrimental elements but also the restoration of vital organ function for enhanced patient well-being.
Hemoperfusion: The process involves the passage of blood through a specialized adsorbent cartridge, effectively removing toxins, inflammatory molecules, and contaminants present in the bloodstream.
Hemo-Hyperthermia: Unlike general hyperthermia, where the entire body is heated, Hemo-Hyperthermia specifically involves the heating of the blood to a range of 40°C to 42.0°C. Through this process, EHP® weakens cancer cells and kills bacteria like Borrelia Burgdorferi, which are not tolerant of high temperatures.
Oxygenation: Through a special technique of tissue oxygenation, the saturation of oxygen within the affected tissues can be reached up to 700%. This heightened oxygenation promotes cellular repair, neovascularization, and toxin elimination, fostering overall tissue health and recovery.
During Extracorporeal Hemoperfusion (EHP®), a thorough pre-procedural assessment is first conducted, which includes comprehensive medical evaluation, gathering of medical history, physical examination, and consultations with specialists. This assessment is crucial for determining the patient’s suitability for EHP® therapy and for formulating a personalized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. During the procedure itself, which follows the assessment phase, a combination of hemo-hyperthermia, hemoperfusion, and oxygenation techniques is implemented. These techniques are adjusted according to the individual patient’s requirements and the severity of their condition, ensuring optimal effectiveness and safety throughout the treatment process.
Targeted eradication of pathogens, such as Lyme bacteria, from the bloodstream.
EHP® not only weakens cancer cells, making them more susceptible to conventional cancer treatment, but also boosts the immune system to fight against the cancer.
Efficient clearance of toxins and inflammatory markers associated with disease processes, alleviating symptoms and promoting healing.
Enhanced tissue oxygenation and cellular repair mechanisms contribute to overall tissue health and recovery.
Extracorporeal Hemoperfusion (EHP®) has proved successful in various medical conditions, including:
What is a dyslipidemia? In dyslipidemia (also called dyslipoproteinemia or lipid metabolism disorder)...
What is Multiple Sclerosis? Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is the most common inflammatory disease ...
What is Myasthenia Gravis? This is a severe muscle weakness that is independent of strain...
We are proud to announce that our partner clinic in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is the only authorized center in the country for administering Extracorporeal Hemoperfusion (EHP®) therapy. With state-of-the-art facilities, the center has successfully provided therapy to patients suffering from various diseases and has achieved great success, especially in cases of Lyme disease and metastatic cancers.
